The bags are great but I had about a dozen defective drawstrings and reached out to the company for replacements. The asked for a video, which I sent, but never heard back despite following up twice. I am a repeat customer and their quality is usually top notch, but this experience is unacceptable. Likely not returning as a customer.

I ordered 10ish bags for as a gift for my team when we finished a big project. The graphic I sent in printed perfectly and with great detail. My only fear is how the printing will hold up over time since it is so detailed. Maybe scotch guard or something would help it out. I believe the seller even removed a stray artifact from the file that I only discovered after I sent it in! Shipped to the U.S. surprisingly fast.
